Shipping & Returns

Any additional fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of you, the collector. Due to the unpredictable nature of mail, Hugo & Birdy is not responsible for any hold ups or delays at customs.

If a shipping option isn't available for your country, please reach out to us so that we may add it to the listing for your to checkout and purchase.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the products, all purchases are final sale.

How will the products & artwork be shipped?

Each item will be packed to prevent bending/warping, have a water resistant layer, and wrapped in archival paper to ensure it arrives safely to you.
